9th International Conference in Life Long Learning In Pharmacy
In July 2011 New Zealand hosted this acclaimed international conference for the first time.
The focus was to advance pharmacy practice through continuing education and continuing professional development. The CCE Conference Management team was able to contribute their comprehensive knowledge of continuing education and professional development to the conference management process.
Working from Auckland, yet proving that distance is never an issue, the conference was held at the Millennium Hotel in central Rotorua, ideal for a mid-winter conference, close to many relaxing and therapeutic spas. This setting worked well, accommodating the diverse mix of international pharmacy educators and practitioners and at the same time treating them to a truly New Zealand experience.
With the CCE Conference Management team taking on the task of registration and delegate coordination, the organising committee were able to continue planning from their Wellington base completely free to focus on the conference objectives and content. The responsibility of producing a high quality website was left to the CCE Conference Management team who, using their experience with the most current website designs and features, were able to distinguish the 2011 event from previous conferences. A fresh modern website enabled delegates to navigate the conference with ease while also providing the perfect professional marketing environment for the high profile sponsors involved.
